How does Undrunk work?
Undrunk brings you on a journey into alcohol free spirits through a subscription that is delivered right to your door. Each month we hand pick a new and exciting alcohol free spirit from the finest distillers around the globe and deliver it to our members in our treat-packed Undrunk box. Each spirit is carefully paired with delicious mixers and garnish to make the perfect serve. Each Undrunk box also includes a selection of sweet and savoury snacks to make the Undrunk experience even better. Along with bonus AF drinks to try out and an exclusive subscriber only magazine filled with interviews, cocktail recipes and discounts from the freatured brands.
There are a couple of membership options:
- Cancel any time membership
- Minimum of 3 months membership
If you are signed up to one of our cancel any time subscription plans, monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly, you will be charged £37 each time you're due a box and you won't pay anything for the months where you aren't due a box.
If you are signed up to one of our minimum term subscription plans, monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly, you will be charged £35 each time you're due a box and you won't pay anything for the months where you aren't due a box.
For all plans we charge on the 22nd of the month prior to your delivery month and delivery is free!
There are three subscription plans to choose from, where you can receive your Undrunk box every month (monthly), every 2 months (bi-monthly), or every 3 months (quarterly).
For our cancel any time plans, you pay £37 each time you are due a box and this continues until you decide to stop. You can cancel your subscription at any point, and if you do, make sure you do it before the 22nd of the month to avoid getting charged for the next upcoming box.
For our minimum term plans, you pay £35 each time you are due a box. The minimum term is 3 months and after that you are free to cancel, pause, skip at any point. Please note that if you cancel before the end of the minimum term, you will still be charged for the remainder of the comitment period.
Each month you will receive a full sized (between 50cl and 70cl) surprise bottle of alcohol free spirit (never more than 0.5% ABV), this is accompanied by mixers and garnish to create the perfect serve. Your Undrunk box will also include a selection of delicious sweet and savoury snacks, because everyone loves snacks! Along with tasty bonus AF drinks to sample and an exclusive subscribers only magazine filled with interviews, cocktail recipes and discounts from the freatured brands.
Our mission is to bring you new and exciting alcohol free spirits of all kinds! One month you could receive a delicious gin alternative, another month it could be whiskey, or tequila, or rum. The possibilities are endless.
Just note, low and no alcohol spirits should not be compared to their alcoholic counterparts, low and no have their own mouthwateringly unique flavour profiles!

You can have the voucher emailed to you, or directly to the recipient with a personalised gift message.
Recipients can redeem the gift voucher on any Undrunk subscription.
Gift vouchers must be redeemed within 3 months of issue.
We would love for every subscriber to enjoy their Undrunk box contents to the full every time, but due to the nature of the offering and the fact we are a small company, it's not possible to accommodate every allergy, intolerance, or preference.
You can also find out what ABV the upcoming featured spirits are, so if you can only have 0%, you can skip any month that is more than 0%.

Managing your membersip
Want to look at your account to make sure all your details are correct and check on any upcoming subscriptions? Click on the login button at the top of any page to sign in to your account.
You can make any changes by logging into your account using the login option at the top of any page. When you are all logged in you can managed all of your preferences, update your shipping address, payment card information and pasword and email address.

You are free to change the frequency of your subscription up or down.
You can manage your subscription directly from your account!
But if you get stuck just drop us an email on email@example.com and we will get it all sorted for you.
We are sorry to hear that you are thinking of leaving the club!
To cancel your subscription you just need to log into your account and select manage in my subscriptions, then subscription settings. From there you click on cancel my subscription and confirm.
Please note - we charge you on the 22nd of the month prior to when your next box is due. To avoid being charged for the next box, you'd need to cancel before this date. If you cancel after the charge date, you'll still be charged and receive the next box.
If you are on our minimum term plans and cancel within the minimum commitment period (3 months), you will be charged for the remainder of the commitment period.
To pause your subscription or skip a box you just need to log into your account and select manage in my subscriptions, then subscription settings. From there you click on pause my subscription, select how long you would like to pause for and then confirm.
Please note, on our minimum term plans you cannot pause, skip or cancel during the minimum commitment period of 3 months.
If you need to make any changes to your membership, please do so before your next payment date, the 22nd of the month, so that we can guarantee that they are actioned before your next box is dispatched

Absolutely. As long as your Undrunk box is unopened or in a resellable state you can return it to us.

Once the order has been processed on the 22nd, we aren't able to issue a refund unless the box is returned to us unopened or in a resellable condition.
Undrunk boxes are a surprise to all members so we aren't able to issue refunds to those that dislike the contents once consumed. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Unfortunately we don't offer exchanges. We take a lot of time and care when selecting the best low and no alcohol spirits from around the globe and only pick those that we love and we think our subscribers will also love, but in the end it all comes down to personal taste.
The voyage of discovery is really important to our subscribers and we do our best to bring you new and exciting low/no alcohol spirits of all kinds. Hopefully it's only a one-off and we are pretty sure you will love the next one!
Delivery and Shipping
Following payment on the 22nd of the month, we allow a couple of weeks to get everything ready for dispatch and delivery in the first week of the following month. If you paid later than the 22nd, your box will arrive later in the month.
If you've just joined - it's great to have you with us! Depending on when you signed up, you'll either receive the current box (if it isn't sold out!) or your subscription will start in the following month and we'll deliver in the first week of your base month.
Don't worry, it will be clear which months box you are getting first during the checkout.
If you aren't at home to receive your delivery, the delivery company will try to leave your Undrunk box in a safe place or will return it to the depot and leave a card for your to either collect from the depot or to rearrange delivery.
If your box is returned to us, don't worry, just drop us an email at email@example.com and we will have it sent back out PDQ.
If you know you are going to be away during the delivery week, just drop us an email and we can delay the box until you are back.
We are sorry to hear that you haven't had your Undrunk box yet! We advise that you check your emails (including the spam) to see if you have received your tracking code from our delivery company, this will usually give you all the information you need about the location of your box.
If you haven't received a tracking code or if you have any concerns / questions, get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org and the team will be happy to help and investigate where things have got to.
Absolutely! We use a different delivery company to send to BFPO addresses but we can definitely do it! Just be aware that our parcel tracking stops when the box reaches the BFPO address so it's a little more difficult to keep an eye on the box's location after that.
Yes we do. We use a different delivery company for this and it might take an extra day or two for your box to get to you.
Our boxes are cardboard which is easily recyclable.
The air-sacs that are used to protect the bottles is made from Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE). Whilst there is technology to recycle this plastic, most councils aren't able to do so yet. We advise you reach out to your local council to see what the recycling options are.
